What length of leases do you offer?

Residents can choose to sign a 6, 9, or 12 month lease. The rental rates do not change based on the lease length. Once leases end, residents have the choice to renew their lease, allow it to become month-to-month or provide a 30 day notice of intent to vacate.

What types of floor plans do you offer?

The Amy has 5 different types of studios, and 2 types of one-bedrooms. You can view the unit floor plans on our website: http://www.theamy.chnw.org/floor-plans/

What appliances are included in the apartments?

All studios feature a kitchenette that comes equipped with a three-quarter sized refrigerator, microwave, and sink. One-bedrooms offer fully equipped kitchens with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and dishwasher.

The Amy also has three community kitchens, accessible to residents 24/7. Each community kitchen is equipped with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and large sink. Additionally, community kitchens have a lounge and tv area.

How can I schedule a tour?

We currently offer tours-by-appointment, Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm each day. Please reach out to theamy@chnw.org or call 503-345-4110 to schedule a time to come see our property!

Although we do accept walk-in tours, however, we are not always available for them and do recommend contacting us beforehand.
