What happens if I change my mind about living at The Amy, after applying for the waitlist?

By placing your application on the waitlist, you are not required to move into The Amy. It just allows CHNW the ability to keep you informed on what the next steps are.

We are not accepting application fees at this time. We will ask for application fees once we are closer to the opening date, and ready to perform the criminal and rental history check.

What does pre-leasing look like?

When the time comes, CHNW will ask students on The Amy waitlist to provide a application fee of $45. The application fee covers the cost of performing a criminal and rental history check. Please note, that even in the case of denial, application fees are non-refundable.

If you decide not to move-in, your holding deposit is non-refundable.

Lease Signing

Once we are closer to the move-in date, our team will reach out to all students moving-in to electronically sign their lease and answer any remaining move-in questions.

Move-in
